Owner Operator

• Class "A" CDL
• At least 22 years of age.
• Must have at least one year of over the road experience in similar equipment within the last three years.
• Must be able to pass D.O.T. physical by a physician designated by Land Span.
• Must be able to pass N.I.D.A. controlled substance test.
• Not having ever refused to submit or tested positive for a controlled substance or alcohol.
• No conviction for DUI in previous 5 years (10 years in CMV).
• No conviction for Reckless Driving in the previous 3 years.
• No preventable turnover or rear-end accidents in the last 2 years.
• Not more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 2 years.
• Not more than 1 serious violation in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year or 4 in the last 3 years.
• Recruiting areas:
  AL, AR, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WV
