Minimum Standards

Class "A" CDL
At least 22 years of age.
Must have at least one year of over the road experience in similar equipment within the last three years.
Must be able to pass D.O.T. physical by a physician designated by Watkins Truckload Services.
Must be able to pass N.I.D.A. controlled substance test.
Not having ever refused to submit or tested positive for a controlled substance or alcohol.
No conviction for DUI in previous 5 years (10 years in CMV).
No conviction for Reckless Driving in the previous 3 years.
No preventable turnover or rear-end accidents in the last 2 years.
Not more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 2 years.
Not more than 1 serious violation in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last year or 4 in the last 3 years.
